Prices

Reservations are made for any errors in stated prices and sold out items. Furthermore, Les Purs ApS reserves the right to change prices without prior consent.

Payment

Payment is accepted with VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard and MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in Danish kroner and include VAT.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sales Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the product replaced, your money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/fault. Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.

Refund

If it is a refund, please include bank information in the form of registration number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic form, as it does not constitute sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Return policy

According to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, beverages are not covered by the right of return. However, Les Purs ApS has chosen to provide the extra service of giving our customers a 14-day exchange right from the time you, as a customer, receive the wine. You can choose to exchange the wine for another wine at Les Purs ApS or get your money back, excluding all delivery costs.

If you wish to return an item, you must first agree with us. You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or invoice.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. The returned wine must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

Wines on pre-sale are not returnable or exchangeable. You cannot cancel an order by simply refusing to receive the item. We do not accept packages sent by COD.

Age restriction for the sale of alcohol

According to Danish law, a person must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol above 16.5%. For the purchase of alcohol below 16.5%, the person must be 16 years old. Les Purs ApS only sells wine and spirits to persons over 18 years of age and you will be asked on this website to confirm your legal age before a purchase can be made. We also reserve the right to ask for a valid photo ID as proof of age in case of doubt.

Complaints options

If you have a complaint about a product or service, you can submit it to the Center for Complaints Resolution and the Consumer Complaints Board .

If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can file your complaint in the EU Commission's online complaint platform .
