Made with whole clusters, this pinot hits the nose with floral and vegetal notes accompanied in the mouth by ripe fruitiness and great promises for further development. Excellent now but even better in a year or two.

La Mutine

Based in the beautiful and charming village Vezelay in the northern part of Bourgogne. The owner and producer, Jean-Paul Pando has 2, 85 hectares and works dedicated with an environmentally-friendly approach. Hand-picking and selective grape sorting are basic steps into the winemaking process that also includes the use of indigenous yeast and no filtration. The result is a unique expression of the terroir that is both vibrant and elegant. The 2022-vintage is his first and the level of the winemaking is already extraordinary.
